I originally started this blog partly because I like exploring places and  partly because I want to take better photographs.  My photographs mainly cover London, Ireland, Scotland and the south east of England.

The blog title is a reference to the Book of Invasions and in a roundabout way, this classic album by Horslips.

Any opinions expressed here are mine and are socialist and “nerdy” in nature
